Refund Policy

Digital Products (Including Courses, Programs, and Downloads)

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Once access has been granted, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided. We encourage you to review all product details carefully before purchasing.

Coaching Services

All coaching services (including 1:1 coaching, consulting, and programs) are sold as non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

If a written agreement includes a cooling-off period or specific refund terms, those terms will apply.

Otherwise:

• No refunds will be issued once services have commenced
• No refunds will be issued for unused sessions or partial participation

We are committed to delivering services as described. In the unlikely event of a material failure to deliver agreed services, a resolution may be considered at our sole discretion.

 

Cancellation Policy

Coaching Services

If a cooling-off period is explicitly stated in your agreement, cancellations must be submitted in writing within that timeframe.

Outside of any stated cooling-off period:

• You may choose to discontinue participation at any time
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations
• Any remaining payments under a payment plan remain due

Delivery Policy

All products and services are delivered digitally.

Upon purchase, you will receive:

• Email confirmation of your order
• Access to your product, program, or portal (where applicable)

Delivery is typically immediate but may vary depending on the specific offering.

For coaching services:

• Sessions will be scheduled via agreed booking methods
• It is your responsibility to attend scheduled sessions

 

Access and Usage

All materials provided are for personal use only.

You may not:

• Share, reproduce, or distribute any materials
• Provide access to third parties
• Resell or repurpose content

We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if these terms are violated.
